Spring 2015 - Tucson
Spring 2015 has arrived in Tucson! Last week's hike on the Aqua Caliente trail was a first for us. And it was a challenging hike but worth the effort. The wildflowers along the trail put on a show - just for us! The views across the desert were clear and spectacular. We ended our afternoon with a visit to our favorite local taco truck! The steak tacos are fantastic! One of the best things about living just 60 miles from Mexico is the access to Mexican Coke. This Coke made the old-fashioned way, with genuine cane sugar. Once you've rediscovered the REAL Real Thing, there is no going back to USA-made coke. Check out the glass, returnable bottles! Here is the view from the parking lot.
